After a comprehensive fitness assessment, personal training session are specifically tailored to your individual fitness goals and needs. Sessions are approximately 45 minutes. To achieve optimal results, there is a 3 months commitment.

Training is available 2 to 3 times a week depending on your program and fitness goals.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled appointment will be counted as a paid session.

Rescheduled sessions need to be made up in the same week. Reschedule is not guaranteed. It is your responsibility to attend ALL SESSIONS.
